Refund & Exchange

 

At Kalakar Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refund:

·       Items must be refund in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

·       Returns are accepted within 48 hours of the delivery date.

·       To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at Contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number.

·       Once your refund is authorized, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.

·       Refund shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

·       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchange:

·       Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

·       To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Contact us to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.

·       Once your exchange is authorized, please securely package the item(s) and include the EA number on the package.

·       Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

·       If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount accordingly.

Damage & Defective Item:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Note:

·       Items that are stitched cannot be exchanged or returned.

·       Items bought at a discount are not returnable or exchangeable.
